Lake Michigan and Rivers Fishing Report

Lake Michigan Fishing Report - Updated Thursday, May 03, 2012 8:50:18 AM
Salmon fishing on the Lake has been outstanding when you can get out. 130-210 FOW is the range where most fish are coming. Many fish are coming on flasher/fly combos (which is very strange for this time of year) It is going to be a strange summer with great fishing. 2012 Lake Michigan Forecast- The Salmon were much larger in 2011 than recent seasons. Mature King Salmon ranged from 16-25 pounds, with some fish around West Michigan topping the scales at over 30 pounds! 2012 should be a phenomenal season for both size and quantities of fish. The boat is going in the slip this week, so give us a call today to book you prime date in 2012.

Muskegon River Fishing Report - Updated Thursday, May 03, 2012 8:45:41 AM
Our Steelhead season is over for this spring but the trout fishing has been good. Casting small plugs for these big trout is a blast. Get out on the MO today.

Grand River Fishing Report - Updated Thursday, May 03, 2012 8:47:07 AM
The catfish on the Grand has been good, these fish fight like crazy. If you are looking to catch a bunch of hard fighting fish, cats are for you! This is a great trip to introduce kids to fishing but it's a fun trip for all ages. The catfishing will remain great through June. Book your trip today!

Inland Lakes Fishing Report - Updated Wednesday, April 11, 2012 12:14:41 PM
Bluegill fishing on the local lakes has been a hit or miss due to the up and down temps. Gills are great eating and put up a great fight on lite tackle.

Detroit River Fishing Report - Updated Thursday, May 03, 2012 8:42:40 AM
Thanks to everyone that came over to Walleye fish the Detroit River again this year. The fishing was great with limit catches almost everyday! If you are interested in Walleye fishing the Detroit river next season please contact us ASAP as we have very few openings each year. Thanks, Kyle

Pere Marquette River Fishing Report - Updated Wednesday, April 11, 2012 12:16:47 PM
The PM really seems to be slowing down, most steelhead have spawned and returned to the lake. Look for the trout fishing to pick up in the next few weeks.
