Fishing Report

6/27/10

Pic o week 1

Lake Michigan - The salmon fishing has been good, the fish this year seem to be larger than normal. Look for the action to really heat up for the next few weeks.

Muskegon River - Lots of planter trout every trip. Smallmouth bass will get hot as the weather warms.

Silver Lake - The walleye fishing has been great, limit catches have been common with a bunch of throw back eyes' as well.

Grand River - Hard fighting cats = lots of fun! Dip bait for the smaller cats, fresh cut or live bait for the big kitties.

Inland Lakes - Bass fishing has been great in Muskegon.

Detroit River - It was a great year on the Detroit River, on most days we brought home a bunch of great eating walleyes. Thanks to everyone who came over to the "D" in April, hope you make it back next year.

What is going on the next few weeks.
