Lake Michigan Fishing Report
2012 Lake Michigan Forecast- Due to a very large forage base in Lake Michigan, the Salmon were much larger in 2011 than recent seasons. Mature King Salmon ranged from 16-25 pounds, with some fish around West Michigan topping the scales at over 30 pounds! With the strong forage base in Lake Michigan, 2012 should be a phenomenal season for both size and quantities of fish. We will have the boat in the water by May 1 so give us a call today to book you prime date in 2012.

Another year on the lake has came to a end,the big boat has been pulled and put in storage. Thanks to everyone who came out and fished with us this year, hope to see you in 2012.--- The Oct. fishing on Lake Michigan was great with limit catches on most trips.
10/7/2011 - Lake Michigan Fishing Report
Lake Michigan Fishing is on fire!!! Between yesterday evening and this morning trips we have landed over 45 salmon and steelhead. Salmon and steelhead fishing remains great when we can get out due to the wind. The big 4 year old kings that are moving into Muskegon Lake and the lower river are biting well. The smaller kings and steelhead are really on the feed out in the deeper water. Limit catches have been the norm the few weeks. The lake fishing should remain good through Oct. If you are looking for a bunch of good eater fish, now is the time to get out on the Lake and get them. we will be running Lake Michigan charter until Nov. 1

Lake Michigan salmon and steelhead fishing remains great when we can get out due to the wind. The big 4 year old kings that are moving into Muskegon Lake and the lower river are biting well.
