5/17/2013 - Lake Michigan Fishing Report

The Fishing on Lake Michigan has been really good the past few days. We are catching a nice mixed bag of Coho, Steelhead and some really nice Kings. Although the Big kings are a lot of fun to reel in the 5# Coho sure are good on the grill. We have days open so if you are looking to get out, give us a call.

The salmon fishing is just starting to get going. The water temp is still only in the 30's but the fishing should start getting good very quickly.
5/10/2013 - Detroit River Fishing Report

Thanks to everyone that came over a walleye fished the Detroit River again this spring. Fishing was not as good as years past but we still boated plenty of Eyes. If you would like to get in on the walleye action next spring, contact us soon as we have a very limited openings for 2014.

The steelhead have wrapped up for the spring for the most part. We are still catching a few and also some really nice browns.
4/24/2013 - Detroit River Fishing Report

Detroit river is still a little stained as of today but the fishing is still good in the swallower water. The water is cleaning up nice and should be clear by this weekend. With stable weather in the forecast, the next 2 weeks should be lights out fishing in the D. Expect to see limit catches of walleye just about every trip.
4/24/2013 - Muskegon River Fishing Report

The Muskegon River water level is starting to come down, boat launches are back open and it is now at a fishable level. Look for the steelhead action to be good for the next 2 weeks.
4/17/2013 - Detroit River Fishing Report

The Detroit River is fishing really good for walleye on most days. There has been many 10# + fish caught this season so far. It is looking like it will be a banner year in the "D" ! We still have 4/30 & 5/1 morning trips open so if you are looking to get in on the walleye action, this is your chance. First call, first fish. Give us a call today.

4/17/2013 - Inland Lakes Fishing Report

The perch fishing on Muskegon Lake has been pretty good when the wind stops blowing and we can get out there. Its that time when the walleye action around the Muskegon pier starts to heat up. Trolling stick baits in the evening is the best. If anyone is interested in trying for a mess of perch on Muskegon Lake or Walleyes around the pier heads in Lake Michigan, we have trips open.

All local rivers are flooded and unfishable at this time. If we get the rain the nws is calling for steelhead trips may be canceled for the next week or so. We still have a few walleye trips available for the Detroit River if anyone is interested and that river is fishing very well.
